Girls Get Stronger

Facilitator: Rania El Safty

Description: Girls are Strong. But how can they get even stronger in male-dominated fields? I have two jobs during the day. I am a Captain for Egyptair, and I have been working in this industry for 20 years. However, the second job I have been blessed with is being a mom, and balancing these tasks is no easy feat. Women have been taught that to further their careers, they always have to make sacrifices. I want to show that this is not the case. I would like to share my journey, challenges, dreams, and accomplishments. I want to inspire girls to reach for the stars regardless of their dreams.

By attending this workshop, students will be inspired to learn the sky isn’t even the limit. When you dream, dream big!

Come to this workshop to learn about admirable women around the world and discuss and discover what makes you feel strong.

This activity will preach inclusivity and diversity. It will draw attention to the fact that a fundamental part of empowerment is making it feel accessible to as many people as possible.
