ACL Awareness with Estelle
Women are two to four times more likely to tear their ACL. If you don’t know what that is it is one of the key ligaments that help stabilize your knee. Estelle Campana didn’t know anything about this ligament (despite being a 3-season athletes) until she tore her ACL. Come to this workshop to find out how it happened and learn some tips and exercises that could help prevent such a serious injury.
Amateur Boxing with Sally Hassuna from Impact Sports Academy
Introduction to the sport of amateur Olympic boxing. This training session includes stance, punching & defense techniques, skipping, focus pad punching for accuracy, heavy boxing bag, and full body speed and strength exercises.
Basketball with Eman & Anisa
Are you new to basketball? Do you already play? This session will be lead by three coaches who will share their love for the game. Come and learn the dribbling and shooting basics then take that knowledge and play a game.
Belly Dancing with Asmaa & Samah
Belly Dancing is a form of exercise with graceful dance moves and beautiful feminine creativity based on the folkloric and performance dance styles of the Middle East. It’s a great way to get fit, flexible, confident and work every muscle in your body while having fun.

Bootybarre with Sally Salama from Haya Health
Bootybarre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.
Hana’s Partner Workout by Hana Ghazi
This will be an extremely fun, active, and inspirational workout. We will workout every single muscle in our body, starting from legs all the way up to arms! The aim of this workout is to make these girls break a sweat, and also learn about new and fun ways to workout their whole body in 30 mins. They will most definitely feel empowered by the end of this workout.
Hittin’ It and Gettin’ It with La’K Renee
This class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. This class is designed to target every area of your body. You will be challenged to push your limits and walk out feeling strong.
Hot Yoga with Ashley Gramolini
Hot Power Vinyasa yoga means…. you will sweat but you will not die. You will tap into your personal power but you will not be yelled at. You will move your body but not twist yourself into a pretzel. Following a series of asanas (postures) students in this class will strengthen, stretch and transform their bodies. Through these classes in a non-air conditioned room, students are encouraged and challenged to explore the possibilities within their physical bodies. The physical practice is accessible to people of all athletic abilities and from all walks of life. This class will be the ultimate wake up call. This practice has the power to change lives, communities, and the world.
Pilates with Zainab
Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength, muscle balance and weight loss. Get ready for enhanced muscular control of your both your back and limbs, increased balance and most importantly, being proud of what you’ve accomplished today.

Have you ever dreamt about getting your SPLIT?! This is the moment to make your dream come true! In this class we will warm up our muscles to stretch them in a very safe way, allowing us to get all the cool poses we check daily on Instagram like Bridges, Splits and even Headstands!
Ultimate Frisbee with Bonnie Coles
Ultimate Frisbee is a team sport that is played competitively as a co-ed, women’s and mens sport. There is a strong emphasis on Spirit of the Game that encourages fair play and enjoyment of the game. Ultimate is play competitively in 42 countries and is still growing. Egypt has a number of club teams that play in a co-ed leagues and will be sending a co-ed national team to worlds in Prague this summer. This clinic will teach you the basics of the sport and help you to find teams in your community.
Women with Weights by Sarah Christensen
Using light weights and high repetitions, this class will strengthen and tone your entire body! We will learn safe and effective exercises for all major muscle groups: legs, arms, back, and core. This will help you achieve strength and introduce lean muscle conditioning. The class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced. No prior experience with weights is required.
Zumba with Hedy
Zumba is an exercise fitness program which involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, belly dance and mambo. Squats and lunges are also included.
